Pinole Tree Service provides residential and commercial tree services in Pinole, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service. The specific scope of each job is described in the written estimate provided to the customer before work begins.
All estimates are free and provided in writing before any work is performed. Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of the site visit. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes, if unforeseen hazards or conditions are discovered, or if access to the site is different from what was assessed. We will notify you of any pricing changes before proceeding with additional work.
Estimates are not binding contracts unless both parties have signed a written agreement. Verbal estimates are not guaranteed. We recommend confirming all pricing in writing before scheduling work.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make reasonable efforts to arrive at the agreed time but are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to reschedule.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee. Emergency cancellations due to safety concerns or acts of nature are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of estimate. Late payments may be subject to a late fee as stated on the invoice.
For large projects, we may require a deposit before work begins. Deposit terms will be clearly stated in the written estimate. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel after materials have been ordered or significant preparation has been completed.
You are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to the work area. Please inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, buried structures, or other hazards on your property before work begins. We are not liable for damage to underground utilities or structures that were not disclosed to us prior to work.
Ensure that pets, children, and other individuals remain at a safe distance from the work area during the job. We reserve the right to pause or halt work if the site conditions become unsafe.
Certain tree work may require permits from local authorities. We will advise you if a permit appears to be required based on the scope of work and local regulations. However, it is the customer's responsibility to obtain all required permits before work begins. We are not liable for fines, penalties, or stop-work orders resulting from work performed without required permits when the customer was informed of the permit requirement.
We take pride in our work and stand behind the quality of our service. If you are not satisfied with a specific aspect of the completed job, please contact us within 5 business days so we can assess the issue and make it right where reasonable and applicable.
We do not guarantee outcomes related to factors outside our control, including but not limited to the survival or health of remaining trees after removal of adjacent trees, root system behavior, or disease progression. Tree work recommendations are based on visible conditions at the time of assessment.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pinole Tree Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow limitations on certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
THE SITE AND ANY INFORMATION ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of California.
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal legal action. Most issues can be resolved quickly when raised promptly and directly with our team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before initiating any court proceedings. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content, or to interfere with the operation of the Site or its servers. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site for any reason at our sole discretion.
